BP004715: Human/Cynomolgus Ephrin-A3/EFNA3 Protein with the C-hFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Human/Cynomolgus Ephrin-A3/EFNA3 Protein, (amino acids Gln23-Ser213) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human/Cynomolgus Ephrin-A3/EFNA3 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 41.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human EPHA10 protein with the C-hFc tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human/Cynomolgus EFNA3 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 4.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human/Cynomolgus Ephrin-A3/EFNA3 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Human/Cynomolgus Ephrin-A3/EFNA3 Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
